Shoes In, Shoes Out: Fitness Fridays

The kids and I took a quick trip to our house this week (yes, the house we seemingly moved out of). My husband is planning on staying there, with an air mattress and very little else, until our renters are able to move in... December 1. Yikes, right?

The worst part is that we're not 100% moved out because of this. We left a lot of little things behind, like my EcoSprout, and these:


Now my (fitness) goal is to run enough to wear these out enough to need new ones by the time my next birthday rolls around in the spring.

Any tips on getting myself motivated to get out and run in the cold wet weather we're having?
